在得知4月14日青海省玉樹地區發生的7.1級大地震消息后，在華NEC集團公司的領導和員工十分關注，對大地震給當地社會和人民帶來的傷亡和巨大經濟損失深感痛心。
為發揚人道主義精神，與當地社會一道援助災區、共度時艱，NEC在華集團公司與員工在最快時間內已經為地震災區捐款50萬元人民幣，并向災區緊急捐贈了一批用于恢復無線通信的微波設備。讓我們一起為震區人民祈福，愿玉樹不倒，青海常青
